Ukrainian national team U-19 won strong-willed victory over peers from Romania with a score of 2: 1.
To the final match of the elite round of the selection for Euro 2018 the Ukrainian team U-19 came up with only one goal - to win. Three points allowed the team of Alexander Petrakov to bypass the national team of Romania in the standings and win the only ticket to Euro-2018.
Despite this, the first to miss the "yellow-blue", and did it in the end game - in the 77th minute. Nevertheless, Moruzan did not stay long in the role of the hero, almost immediately receiving a second yellow card and leaving his team with ten men.
This, of course, simplified the task of the Ukrainian team, although until the end of the game there was not much time left. Nevertheless, the Ukrainian youth showed character and obtained another strong-willed victory.
As in the match against the Serbs, one of the heroes was the defender of the Dnipro-1 Alexander Safronov, equalized the score in the 84th minute. And already in the added time the victory of the national team of Ukraine brought the defender of the Miner Valery Bondar.
Thus, Ukraine U-19 took first place in its group and won a ticket to Euro-2018, which will be held in Finland from July 16th to 29th.
