Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere left the England squad due to a knee injury.

Jack Wilshere will not help his national team and in a match against Italy, according to the Football Association of England.

Midfielder Arsenal missed the match against the Netherlands because of problems with the knee, but the head coach of the "three lions" Gareth Southgate expressed the hope that Wilshire will recover for the match against the Italians.

However, Jack will not have time to recover and the second friendly match, so he was allowed to return early to the Arsenal's location for treatment.

In the current season Wilshire spent 31 matches for Arsenal in all tournaments, in which he scored two goals and gave three assists.
