- To begin with, the game's debut was in principle behind us. It was a group pressure, we tried to force, aggressively play. But, unfortunately, missed the ball after a series of bounce. After this, the time can be divided into two parts. Nervousness appeared, uncertainty appeared. Now most of all we are struggling with psychological problems. The team became nervous, lost confidence, there was a large amount of rejection during the preparation of the attack. They gave the ball to the opponent, the compactness was broken. The first half, we can say, failed. In the second half, they tried to return to the game, tried to play actively. Almost the entire time we spent on half the opponent. Again, due to the haste, the individual level of our players, we could not open the defense, although there were moments and half-moments at standard positions, after flanking gears. Tense moments created at the opponent's goal. But it was not possible to score a goal.

- Fifteen years ago Chernomorets had the same situation. Altman came in and took up arms for simple tactics: eight in defense and two in the attack. Maybe we should also choose this tactic, given that the team is going through the center of the field hard? At least when we do not lose.

- Let's build on the fact that we play at home. We play with Steel, whose players' level is not much higher than ours. In fact, the class of players is the same. I think that in the first place a lot was determined by the missed ball. If we scored, I think the game would have been brought to a victorious end. Unfortunately, we missed, and we did not have, than to answer. Talking about the tactics "8 behind and 2 ahead" is probably also wrong when playing at home with Steel. Playing, say, with the Miner or with the commands of a higher level, of course, you can play from the defense, numerically saturating the zones, closing the space, using long transfers, going into fast attacks. But for the time being we have what we have.

- Do you have any explanation why the interaction between the players with each game is getting worse? Today, a half dozen programs were not there.

- Psychology is the most important thing. All tactics, all individual techniques are built on psychology. If the player has lost confidence in himself, he will be mistaken in simple situations. You saw, we experienced players were wrong - the same Zhunich, the same Zubeiko. They had an unusual for themselves a high percentage of marriage. To say that there was no interaction or the players did not want to, or there was no movement, one can not. You saw yourself that the rival also fell, wasting time, seizures grabbed. They tried to knock down all sorts of football and non-football moments. To reveal the rich defense is difficult. Again, there were moments, if we scored in the second half, I think that the result would be different, and we would now talk about other things. But for the time being we have what we have. Therefore, to say that the interaction with every game is getting worse, I would not. It is clear that the most important thing is the score on the scoreboard, this is the result.

- In the mid-70s, when the team was headed by Ahmed Alasgarov, he introduced such know-how: to invite a psychologist to the team. Maybe now is the case when it is worth returning to such practice?.

- Difficult question. Will a psychologist help or not help in such a situation? In my opinion, we, the coaches themselves, should understand. I will not say that we have some kind of catastrophic situation or that we do not have mutual understanding with the players. Again, a new group of players. In fact, we have a new line of attack. Defenders remained the same, goalkeeper - Bezruk, who did not play, now - plays. Attack group - new players. They also need some time.

Plus the tournament position, whatever one may say, presses on us. We need to find out for ourselves. The situation in the team is good, favorable, and I think that we will find a way out of this situation and in the following games we will show the result.
