Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech commented on his "anniversary" in 200 dry matches in the Premier League.
On the eve of Arsenal in the 30th round of the Premier League, Watford defeated 3-0.
In this match, Petr Cech managed to repulse a penalty and keep his goal dry, thus creating a unique achievement in 200 matches in the Premier League without a missed goal.
According to the Czech goalkeeper, he waited long enough for this moment.
"This is an incredible personal achievement," said Cech.
"It took me just 18 games at the start of this season to hold 9 dry matches and bring their total to 199. In order to spend 200 bout without a missed goal, I had to wait 11 games, which at some point began to irritate me ".
"Nevertheless, the most important is that the team won," - concluded the goalkeeper.
Earlier Arsenal's victory over Watford was commented on by the head coach of the "Gunners" Arsene Wenger.
