Sports director Lille Luis Campos may take the post of technical director of Chelsea.

Chelsea is considering the candidacy of sports director Lille Luis Campos for the vacant position of technical director, reports The Independent.

Campos worked as a scout in Real Madrid before moving to Monaco, where he brought players such as Joao Moutinho, James Rodriguez, Bernard Silva, Jibril Sidibe, Benjamin Mendy and Tjemue Bakajoko, who now plays for Chelsea.

The post of technical director in the London club was released after Chelsea left Michael Emenalo in November. It is reported that the leadership of the "blue" and considers other options, but for now all football operations will continue to engage Marina Granovskaya.
