- Anatoly Nikolayevich, the first stage of the ULP championship 2017-2018 was completed. How does the management of the club evaluate the performance of the team of "seamen"?.

- Difficult period. In fact, there were five head coaches working with the team. Alexander Babich after an unsuccessful start (1 draw, 5 losses) decided to leave his post. A short time the team was led by Alexander Granovsky, and then the coach of the youth team Alexey Chistyakov. Under Oleg Dulub Chernomorets began to score points, including in fights with the grandees of our championship, improved his tournament position, but ... In winter, Oleg Anatolyevich wished to terminate the contract. In the same period, we were left and several leading performers.

The replacement of the Belarusian specialist Konstantin Frolov was necessary in a very short time (about a month) to practically "blind" the new team. At the moment, Chernomorets is on the 11th line of the standings of the Ukrainian Premier League. We are sure that this is temporary. The game, the attitude of the coaching staff and football players suggest that the rise is inevitable. It takes a little time, and everything will turn out for us.. The management of the club does everything for the normal functioning of both the basic staff and the youth.

- What is the impression left after the winter intermission matches?.

- One game, with Shakhtar, obviously the guys did not work, something did not work out in Kharkov. True, we must not forget that we were confronted by the champion of the country and participant of the 1/8 finals of the Champions League.

Home match against the Carpathians, we played for more than an hour in the minority, but looked better than the opponent. The meeting in Poltava took place in the most difficult conditions. Stagnant football field, incessant rainstorm at almost minus air temperature. Annoyed missed goals, directly related to the state of the lawn. Sailors showed their best qualities: will, steadfastness, firmness of character, and in no way inferior to the third for today the team of the country. It's a shame that I could not equalize the score.

At the same time, I think that our players have much to grow. And we expect that they will be able to show their best qualities in the second part of the championship, which will start on the next Saturday.

- What is the task facing the team in the second part of the national championship?.

- In principle, the task remains the same: to strive for a positive result in each match and most importantly - to retain a place in the Premier League.

- Please estimate the winter replenishment of Chernomorets.

- Today it is still difficult to give an objective assessment of the team's newcomers. Only three matches played. In some episodes, our recruits look very promising. To a greater extent, this applies to Chornia, whose standards are kept tight for rivals in each game, and Nowak, who helped Chernomorets many times in the winter games. Guti tries, but it seems to me that he has not yet fully acclimatized himself. Unfortunately, an experienced trainee Nikolai Ischenko was seriously injured. We did not have enough in Odessa and Poltava. Also undergoes restoration after damage to another tsentrbek Eugene Martynenko. In the game against Vorskla was close to scoring our new striker Ivan Matyazh. We count on him.

- How stable is the financial support of the team?.

- I will not be lied to by football players, coaches and all club employees. Payment of salaries and bonuses in Chernomorets takes place without delays and in full. I did not receive any complaints. And the fact that some yellowish media, presented last year as a problem with some premium, is nothing more than an artificially created storm in a glass of water. At present, we have full understanding with the players on economic issues.

- How would you characterize the relationship between the club and the fans of Chernomorets?.

- First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the fans of our team for their dedication to their native club. Support in stadium stands, especially on the road, is expensive. I think that during the winter break in the championship we managed to reach a compromise in the form and content of "pain". At least the first three games of 2018 talk about this.
