Veres head coach Yuri Svirkov gave his comment before the start of the second part of the championship of Ukraine.
- You are leading the team for three matches in the championship. What impression does it have?.
- It is still difficult to form a complete picture for one particular reason - three rounds were held in difficult weather conditions, which did not allow the teams to reveal the full potential.
- You worked - and in different positions - in several countries: in Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan. How difficult is it to adapt in different conditions?.
- Actually it's not as difficult as it seems. For in all post-Soviet countries football problems are almost identical. So in one workplace, adaptation did not cause much difficulty.
- The main task for the season is to go to the first "six" - Veres has already fulfilled. Is there a specific goal - to break into the European Cups?.
- We fulfilled the first part of the plan for the season. And now, let's just say, try not to be extras in the second stage. Well, we expect 10 matches with top teams of Ukraine - and that's fine!.
What does football consist of? Of the four key points: technique, tactics, physics, psychology. Each of these elements is equally important, just in different periods of the season one of them turns out to be foreground. We are equally attentive to all four directions.
- A decade ago, working in Zaporizhzhya Metallurgy, you developed your own training program for players. Has it changed since then?.
- She has even improved! Although in fact, not really changed. Why?
Because football consists of a number of basic elements that remain constant. There are basic criteria for assessing players, their training, all of these criteria should not be overlooked and work on them.
Now there are problems with the composition: Voloshinovich - injured, Kalenchuk - suspended, Lukyanchuk - can not play. We have a short bench, but we will try to show ourselves in the capital on the best side.
Recall that in the 21st round, Veres beat Dynamo with a score of 1: 3.
