A number of FFU officials were suspended from work.
According to the official website of the Football Federation of Ukraine, the organization suspended the powers of First Vice-President Alexander Bandurko, Vice-President Igor Kochetov and member of the Executive Committee Artem Frankov.
This decision was made at yesterday's meeting of the executive committee. Its cause is a violation of the code of ethics and fair play and the Code of Ethics of UEFA.
All three officials were suspended for active participation in the Dynamo / Mariupol case, which was considered in Lausanne, while Frankov, Bandurko and Kochetov openly competed on the side of the Kiev club against FFU.
"The decision was the same as recommended by three committees. They were suspended until the next FFU Congress, which will be held on May 24. He will have to decide on this issue - support the decision or cancel, "- commented the situation FFU general secretary Yuri Zapisotsky in an interview with the channel Football 1.
Earlier it was reported that Andrei Pavelko could replace Grigory Surkis in the UEFA executive committee.
