Midfielder Man City Fernandinho will not help his team because of problems with the hamstring.

Fernandinho was replaced in the second half of the game with Arsenal in the League Cup final (3-0) on Sunday. Initially, it was assumed that the injury was not serious, but the Brazilian did not have time to recover to the Arsenal, reports the Daily Mail.

"The timing of the return of Fernandinho is still unknown, but the match on Thursday against Arsenal - too early," reads the statement of the City.

Until then, Fernandinho played in all 27 matches of the current Premier League, scoring 3 goals in them.
