As a result of these fights, UEFA singled out the best player for each match and launched a vote on his official website.

Nominated Shakhtar's midfielder Fred, United's goalkeeper David De Gea, midfielder Chelsea Willian and Bayern forward Thomas Muller.

According to the voting results, the best football player of the week was David De Gea. 48% of respondents voted for it. In second place with 28% was the ex-miner Willian, and the top three Thomas Muller (17%). Fred in this poll with 7% became the last.
