The career of midfielder Francis Coquelin in Spain started well.
In January of this year, Valencia acquired from Arsenal midfielder Francis Coquelin. The transfer cost the Spaniards 13.5 million euros.
On the eve of the 26-year-old Frenchman scored the first goal in the composition of Valencia.
Coquelin equalized the score in the match with Malaga, and in the last seconds "bats" and did snatch victory (2: 1).
Interestingly, in the period from 2008 to 2018, Coquelin spent 160 matches for Arsenal in all tournaments, but did not score a single goal. In France, Francis scored in the seventh match.
