Left-back Roma Emerson Palmieri will fly to London to complete his transition to Chelsea.

Chelsea agreed on the purchase of left-back Roma Emerson Palmieri, informs Gianluca Di Marzio.

23-year-old Emerson will cost the London club at 20 million euros, and another eight million euros, Roma can receive as bonuses. In the next few hours, the player will fly to London for medical examination and contracting.

In the current season, Emerson spent only two games for the first team of Roma, as he only recently recovered from a serious knee injury.

Emerson moved to Roma from Santos on loan in August 2015, and in December 2016, the Romans redeemed his transfer for two million euros. In total, he has 47 matches for "wolves".
