The goal of Dris Mertens in the second half allowed the Neapolitans to celebrate the victory over Atalanta (1-0).
The first match of Sunday in the Serie A was the meeting between Atalanta and Napoli. The sign looked promising, and the duel itself could claim the title of central on the tour. Immediately struck that Maurizio Sarri left on the bench spare Marek Hamshik. Teams began a duel with alternate ownership of the initiative, but the attacks of both teams stumbled upon the strong defense of the opponent.
Often the players found themselves on the lawn after painful collisions, which showed the charge of the struggle for the Atalanta and Napoli. Only here are really dangerous moments in the first half of the game the team never created. Guests clearly did not have enough Hamchik in the center of the field, and Cornelius did not give the proper attack in the attack of Bergamaskov. At the break the team left with a "dry" account, which, however, gave reason to expect an interesting second half.
The second half of the game began under the dictation of the Neapolitans. At the 54th minute, Etrith Berisha parried his head at the point of Callejon - this was the first bell for bergamaks. A little later the account was opened - Mertens received a smart transmission from Kalehon and in close combat beat Berisha. Note that in this moment there are serious suspicions of the "offside" position, but Daniele Orsato did not even look at the replay.
After that, Atalanta made several substitutions, which slightly refreshed the game of the team, but moments at the gate guests created with great difficulty. Neapolitans, in turn, did not sit out on the defensive and themselves went on the attack, taking the game away from their gates. In already compensated time, Hamshik scored the second goal, but the Slovaks recorded an offside position.
Neapolitans brought the match to a logical conclusion and obtained the most difficult victory.
