Defender Roma Emerson Palmieri may soon move to Chelsea.
The clubs agreed on the amount of compensation for Emerson. Chelsea will pay about 25 million euros. The parties only had to settle the last details of the transition.
"Blue" want to rent Palmieri with redemption in summer. The Romans do not mind renting, but they want Emerson's ransom to be compulsory.
