Carpathian Vice-President Oleg Smaliychuk commented on the ban on transfers that the Lviv club received from the FFU.
At the end of December, the Carpathians were faced with the sequential consequences of failure to fulfill their financial obligations.
Because of the outstanding debt to the former football player of the team Vladimir Hudymov, the Lviv citizens were punished by the FFU with the removal of three points and the ban on transfers.
Despite rather serious sanctions towards his club, the vice-president of the Carpathians Oleg Smaliychuk does not lose optimism.
"According to the transfer ban. Do you know when the transfer window closes in Ukraine? On March 2, we will talk with you, "Smaliychuk said in an interview with the Football 1.
"I am always positive. Transfer ban - no problem for the Carpathians. For us, the problem is to select those performers who will arrange the coaching staff.
The selection department is working on new transfers, we are considering many potential newcomers, both Ukrainians and legionnaires ".
"The coaching staff and I believe that 70-80 percent of the team is staffed. We will not have significant changes ".
"As for the withdrawal of 3 points, for this we have the right to appeal," the vice-president summed up..
Earlier, the defender of the Carpathians Artem Fedetskiy told about the team's tasks for the upcoming season.
