As the President of Istanbul Mustafa Saral, Arda Turan is close to the transition to his team.
"I talked to Turan in Spain, I found out if he was ready to go to Istanbul and he would be happy to play for us," Saral AS.
"I think he's close to moving to our club," said Saral.
Recall, Turan moved to Barcelona from Atletico in 2015. The amount of the transfer was 34 million euros. Turan played 55 games for "blue garnet", scoring 15 goals and making 11 assists.
