"We are on friendly terms with President Napoli Aurelio De Laurentiis," said Mayor Melito Antonio Amente in an interview with Radio Marte. - When we last met at the Napoli-Sampdoria match, I offered him two plots of land for consideration, which our municipality is ready to select - one in 30, the other in 62 hectares. We are ready to build a sports complex there, the center of which will be a modern football stadium.

At the same time, due to the convenient location of the plots in relation to the transport highways, there will be no problems with logistics ".

De Laurentiis has long been dreaming about a new stadium, as he is offended when Sao Paolo, in his own words, is compared to a public toilet. However, the question rested on the categorical reluctance of the municipality and the mayor of Naples to allocate a plot of land for construction in the city.
