The Australian Football Federation is ready to refuse to use the video assistant referee system because of general displeasure.

Numerous protests from fans, players and coaches forced the management to think about the advisability of using the VAR system during the A-League matches, reports The Telegraph..

"With the introduction of the VAR, it's impossible to be happy with the goal," said Australian captain Sydney Alex Braque. - We have to wait a few minutes for the judge to decide on each episode. I'm sure that it will be better for everyone if the game proceeds in a natural way with the appropriate emotions. The less often VAR is used, the better ".

The VAR system is used in several national championships in Europe (which also causes a lot of criticism) and was tested during the Junior World Championship (U-20) and the Confederations Cup.
