Former Dynamo football player Vladislav Vashchuk once again touched on the situation in Ukrainian football.

Contributions paid everything, the difference between FFK members was only whether they can vote at the Conference or not, "wrote Vashchuk on his Facebook page.

"In 2017, in various football leagues, 241 teams took part. Contributions from them collected about 700 000 hryvnia. FFU allocated 600 000 hryvnas for children's football. To children's teams did not impose. And allocated annually for three years. KMDA also allocates about 500 000 hryvnia for the content of the CYSS ".

"But collected contributions from both children's and youth teams. In children's and youth competitions, for example, in 2017 took part: 2006. - 70 teams, 2007 year. - 53 teams, 2008 year. - 55 teams, 2009. - 44 teams. From all collected for 2800 UAH of contributions. This is 550 000 hryvnia ".

"At the moment, without fail, all teams must pay premiums. Not registered, by the way charters FFU, UEFA, etc.. FFK so decided, and all. 50 hryvnia per person. It seems to be a bit, but if you count, you get about 393 000 hryvnia. Teams call this contribution - the name B. Starovojta ".

"It's not hard to calculate that" annual fees + insurance "is UAH 1 650 000. For many years, a competitor in Kiev - no matter whether a child or an adult, once a year had to do a cardiogram. It lasted about seven years, but last year a scandal broke out, cardiograms were allowed to be done elsewhere and for free ".

"The anniversary of the Federation of the city of Kiev always celebrated with a grand scale. For example, the executive committee of FFK issued Decree No. 8 on the collection of additional mandatory voluntary contributions from collective members. From children's teams including. They collected about 160 000 hryvnia ".

"For diplomas and medals - a bit too much. Well, there was a banquet at the end of last year, but I asked the participants - they say there was no black caviar on it. All in a humble way. So where and why so much money - it is unclear ".

"The leadership of the federation has not changed for more than fifteen years. I estimated the amount only for the last ten years - and was stunned. More than a million dollars is obtained, even at the current rate. More than a million dollars squeezed out of Kiev football. Million dollars you spent on reading and writing, scarves, cups and medals? ".

"I applied to the Shevchenkovskoye regional department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kiev with a request to commit an offense under Article. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ".

"He also appealed to the vice-president of FFU Nazar Kholodnitsky with a request to stop the anti-law activities of the leadership of FFK, to prevent violation of the legislation of Ukraine and to assess the ongoing corruption processes in Kiev football," said Vashchuk.

Earlier, Vashchuk said that he dreams of "breaking the system" in Ukrainian football.
