One of the main "pillars" of the midfield of Kiev Vitaly Buyalsky answered questions about his current role in the team, commented on Dynamo's performances in the Ukrainian championship and spoke about the importance of losing Andrei Yarmolenko for the current lineup.

- The current lag behind the Miner - not an occasion to be upset?.

- We are faced with the task of winning every game. There are two more matches with the main opponent in the spring. Therefore, you need to concentrate on your game and the results of the team, and not look at the standings.

- How to understand five matches without winning the championship?.

"Playing in such a club like Dynamo, you feel not very comfortable when you can not achieve a positive result in one match, not to mention a series of five duels in a row. Of course, there was a lot of negativity in the press, the fans gave not very pleasant comments, and with this all it was necessary to cope. Thanks to our latest results in the championship and the Europa League, I hope we have received positive feedback. We will try to continue to please fans with the game and the result.

- Trying to figure out among themselves what is going wrong, what are you doing wrong?.

- Actually, after each game, no matter how it ends, we disassemble in detail all the points: both negative and positive. And this takes place in a dialogue format, and not a reproach in the event of a defeat from the coaching staff. Thanks to this, we try to come to a common opinion.

- Andrey Yarmolenko was the leader of Dynamo for many years. Or the game of the team has changed a lot since his move to Dortmund? Is it unusual to play without the best scorer of last season's team?.

- In general, the picture of the game has not changed, but Andrew really does not have enough. It's no secret that he was a leader both on the football field and outside it - in every sense of the word. I am confident that with time a new leader will appear in Dinamo, and, quite possibly, he will take the example with Yarmolenko.

- After one of the matches, the president of the club Igor Surkis said that in the near future you will have surgery due to ankle injury. How long have you had problems with him?.

- This problem has existed for a long time. After playing with Young Boys on an artificial surface, the ankle caught fire, and then, in a duel with Vorskla, in addition, was also hit. I went to Germany for a consultation, where I was given a set of procedures, advised how to properly warm the ankle before training and matches, and said that the operation can be postponed.

- Many times I heard from players 50-60-ies about how they could play the match and only after it was recognized that they have a fractured leg. Perhaps something like this in modern football?.

- Football evolves and over the past 10-20 years has become quite different. The current speed and intensity of the game require only one hundred percent readiness, so in our time this is simply impossible. At the same time, see how far the medicine has progressed: now the doctor literally on the field can sew a wound to the football player, and he continues to play further. Also, great changes have been made in the rules. For example, back in the 90's goalkeeper could take the ball in his hands after a pass back from the defender. Probably, if the current Barcelona played then, then no one could take the ball from her.

- As part of the Dynamo you have repeatedly scored goals scored, including winning for the team. Which one is special for you?.

- Today would have allocated a goal to the goal of Young Boys in the away match of the League of Europe. We in this fight from a psychological point of view needed a victory, because it took us to the European Cup spring.

- How have your functions changed on the field with the arrival of Alexander Khatskevich in the team?.

- Have changed radically. We have now another tactic, which is different from the one that was in the times of Sergei Rebrov. We play in two supporting midfielders, so I have more space and I often meet with the ball.

- In an interview, the head coach said that if he had five players like Buyalsky, then the transfer market would not have to go out. Is it nice to hear this from the coach?

Or are these words an incentive to work even harder on your own improvement?.

- It's nice when the coach approvingly comments on your game. After such words you do not want to let him down - and you work with redoubled energy both in training and in games, so that he does not disappoint you. But personally, I normally perceive not only positive feedback, but also criticism in my address, - concluded Buyalsky.

Earlier, the striker Dynamo DiMercy Mbokani described how the time spent in the Premier League affected him.
