Winger Liverpool and Egyptian national team Mohamed Salah received the BBC award for the best African football player of the year.
Egyptian winger Liverpool, Mohamed Salah was recognized as the best African football player in 2017 by the BBC.
In the fight for the award, Salah beat Gabon forward Dortmund Borussia Pierre-Emerick Obama, Guinean midfielder RB Leipzig Nabi Keith, Senegalese forward Liverpool Sadio Manet and Nigerian midfielder Chelsea Victor Mozes.
