Then, together with President Veres Alexei Khakhlev, guests visited the Avangard stadium in Rivne. The chief architect of the company "Art-Prostir" Alexei Oleksyuk said that the examination of the working draft of the reconstruction of the arena is almost complete. In the coming days, all documentation will be transferred to the customer.
