Former head coach of Bavaria Carlo Ancelotti admitted that his methods of work were not warmly received at the Munich club.

The Italian specialist unexpectedly left the post of head coach of Bavaria during this season.

Now Ancelotti told about his work in Munich and about the reasons for his dismissal.

"There were disagreements about my methods of work," Carlo said in an interview with La Domenica Sportiva.

"I built my philosophy for years, because I'm not going to change it".

"Players spend 60 matches a year, because my methods are mostly based on quality, not on quantity.

I prefer that during the training the players make high-speed jerks, work with the ball a lot and practice the actions in certain game situations, and not monotonously ran all the hour and a half ".

"I've been in football for a long time, and during this time he changed a lot. The main thing in this sport is speed. If you focus on athleticism, it will have a detrimental effect, especially when players have to spend 60 fights for the season ".

"It is necessary to rationally use the time and adapt," - concluded Ancelotti.

Earlier it was reported that Carlo Ancelotti could in the near future lead Milan.
