36 judges participate in a five-day (25-30 November) seminar, the key themes of which are uniformity and consistency in the work of judges. Attention is also paid to the analysis of the game in technical and tactical terms.

One of the main topics of the seminar will also be the use of a system of video assistance to arbitrators (VAR), speaking of which Pierluigi Collina stressed: "The judge has always been, is and will remain the main on the field".

It is reported that the FIFA referees' committee will name the arbitrators who will work in the World Championship matches next summer after a seminar in Abu Dhabi and the World Cup among clubs (December 6-16, UAE).
