Football. ua recalls the once promising Ukrainian football players, who by fate's will failed to live up to their expectations.
Young and gifted football player - a concept piece and, alas, perishable. Dozens, or even hundreds of promising players have not justified the numerous predictions of specialists and fans about their bright future, and some even too early left the race. The reasons for this are old as the world. Football has long been considered a very cruel sport, a place in which it is necessary to deserve not only the notorious genetics, but everyday hard work on improving one's own qualities. And, it is necessary to say that not everyone goes from the perspective to the level of skill that has been generated, and the reasons for that sea are: from the banal lack of internal motivation to the values ??that have to football, unless mediated. This world trend and long-suffering Ukrainian football did not pass.. Let us recall the seven brightest, in our opinion, young players who, for a number of reasons and circumstances, could not announce themselves in full voice, although they had everything necessary for this.
Alexander Aliev Probably the brightest representative (along with his friend Artem Milevsky) of the famous academic group of 1985, who was working under the leadership of Pavel Yakovenko. Outwardly so similar to Alexander Zavarov, a talented attacking midfiel with a powerful blow moved to Kiev from the academy ... of Moscow Spartak, and it was in the Ukrainian capital that he progressed by leaps and bounds. The Academy, the third team, the Dynamo-2 and the debut in the first team at age 17 - behind the milestones of progress Aliev was watched by the whole country, exclaiming: "Here it is, the new Dynamo hope. He will definitely play! "... But to play in the strongest Ukrainian club midfielder from the first failed, and only after the appearance on the coaching bridge of Kiev Yuri Semin he became one of the leaders of the team. Then there was a successful, but short, period in Moscow's Lokomotiv, where he was called back by a mentor who returned to his native element, followed by an unsuccessful return to Dinamo. And then ... There were further clubs, which even with a fair share of relativity can not be called grandees. Now Alexander 32, plays in the championship of Kiev, and understands that his career could have developed much more successfully, if not for the way of life that he led almost throughout all his performances in Dynamo.
Alexey Belik When you are only 20 - you are already a player of Shakhtar, scoring amazing balls "bisikletoy" for the youth team of Ukraine and, in addition, noticeably progressing. This is me about Alexei Belik. The striker of the miners started knocking at the door of the main structure of his club quite early, perfectly interacting and complementing each other with the more experienced Andrei Voroby. But the time passed, and the Coaches of the Miners increasingly preferred him to Brandao or Alexander Gladky. Alexei tried to change his own destiny, but the transition to Bochum did not contribute to this. Short happy periods in the Dnieper and Zaporozhye Metallurgy proved to be the time of the decline of the career of a talented striker. New proposals did not follow, and at age 31 he was forced to hang his boots on a nail.
Oleg Dopilka The position of the right-back since the departure from the big football of Oleg Luzhny was problematic in both Dynamo and the national team. Meanwhile, exactly ten years ago there was a chance that she would be staked for a long time by a pupil of Kiev football. Oleg at the age of 21 made his debut as a member of his native club, and then in the national team, but after several matches for some reason he ceased to enjoy the trust of the coaching staff, and went to gain experience in renting. The period in Kryvbas did not serve as a proper impetus to progress, and Oleg had to be content with the role of the football pilgrim. True, he drove the Dopilka exclusively to Ukrainian clubs, and now he's a donkey in more than modest, but from that no less well-known thanks to Mikhail Kopolovets, Transcarpathian Minai. But everything could have turned out differently ... Vladimir Lysenko For his 29 years, continuing his active career, the striker managed to travel almost the whole country. Where only the foot of the native of the capital has not treaded: from Uzhgorod to Kharkov Lysenko tried to find an application for his talent, but every time everything went not as he would have liked. Nowhere, except, perhaps, the second Dynamo team, Vladimir could not shine his bombardirskimi qualities. But in Dinamo everything for him began more than positively. Remember at least the Supercup of Ukraine in 2007, when the people of Kiev in fact defeated Shakhtar in the second set of penalties, and Lysenko was one of the best on the field. Meanwhile, not having received a chance to be realized in the favorite club, the attacker tried to change the destiny by numerous changes of commands. What has happened, we already know. Most recently, Vladimir changed Desna to another collective of the first division of the Kolos. It seems that he was not the kind he saw his career at the turn of the 30th anniversary ... Alexander Melashchenko The pupil of Poltava football was once considered almost the main candidate for the replacement of Andrei Shevchenko, who left for Milan. This is how it was counted in Dynamo, and forward Vorskla moored to the banks of the Dnieper. The first goals in the flagship of Ukrainian football, the debut in the Champions League, the national team - all this was in the life of a modest Poltava guy, but with the same rapidity began to come to naught. Of course, there could have been non-football reasons in the form of a decline in motivation and dizziness from success, but still Melashchenko managed to spend quite a good period in the Dnieper. Alas, it also turned out to be short. Then there were modest Kryvbas and Zaporozhye Metallurgist, and, not having finished 32 years old, Alexander decided to finish active performances. However, the once-promising striker continues to pursue his favorite business, true, already at the amateur level ... Adrian Pukanych The native of Transcarpathia somehow very quickly managed to become the main one in Shakhtar, and at the time Adrian was very young at the time. In the company of much more mature masters midfielder did not fade, and even managed to excel in the national team of Ukraine. About such a debut you could only dream of! But soon something went wrong. The young football player was less and less like that talented midfielder who, with his mature game, made so much noise. The trip to Ilyichevets (now renamed Mariupol) was quite long, but Adrian never managed to return to the previous level. There was a recession, including in the form of transitions to non-regular clubs, and soon the 34-year-old Pukanych, who is in the status of a free agent, is likely to complete his professional career.
Alexander Romanchuk The once promising defender of the humble Desna found himself in Dynamo, but he did not actually get a chance to show himself at a high level. Yes, Alexander spent several matches in the Ukrainian football grand team, while hardly considering the replacement of one of the vacancies in the base of the Kievans.
Law leases did not give the necessary effect. Romanchuk managed to show himself more or less only in the Moscow Arsenal, after which he got a wonderful chance to reach a new level. Then even the formidable Metalist with Miron Markevich headed, it would seem, became a voucher to success, but the period in Kharkov was short-lived. Next was Vorskla, after which, at the age of 30, Alexander, in the absence of decent options for continuing his career, said goodbye to big football.
