Everton has offered Watford compensation in the amount of 10 million pounds, so that they released from contract manager commitments to Mark Silva, reports Telegraph.

Nevertheless, the leadership of the "hornets" rejected the proposal and once again stated that they are not going to part with the Portuguese coach for any money.

In Everton, it is believed that Silva would be interested in working for Goodison Park and ready to pay him 3.5 million pounds per season, but Watford will file a complaint if the club does not stop trying to lure their manager.

Silva led Watford last summer and after 11 rounds the team takes the ninth place in the standings, gaining 15 points.
