Klopp told about these events to Raphael Honigstein for his biography "Add Noise".

"MJ Vice President David Woodward flew to meet Klopp in Germany. Short stay of David Moyes at Old Trafford was coming to an end and Jurgen was the main candidate for the "red devils" to replace the Scotsman.

"Woodward told Klopp that the Dream Theater (Old Trafford -. ) - it's like "Disneyland for adults", a mystical place where, judging by the name, there are shows of the highest class and dreams come true, "writes Honigstein.

"Klopp did not buy into such a metaphor - he found it slightly unattractive, but did not reject the proposal at once".

Jurgen still decided to stay in Borussia.

MJ fired Moyes and appointed temporary coach Ryan Giggs, and then signed a contract with Louis van Gaal.
