New coach Renna became the former player of Inter and the French national team Sabri Lyamushi.

Rennes officially announced the appointment of Sabri Lyamushi as the new head coach of the team. The contract with the 45-year-old specialist was signed before the summer of 2019 with the possibility of extending for another year.
