Claude Makelele left the post of assistant manager for Swansea to replace Jordy Condom as head coach of Eipen.
Claude Makelele returned to independent coaching work, headed the Belgian Eipen, the official website of the "pandas".
The 44-year-old Frenchman from January 2017 was Paul Clement's assistant in Swansea, and the last and only experience as head coach was working in Bastia in 2014, whence he was fired less than six months after the appointment.
With the Belgian club, which is owned by the Qatar people, Makelele signed a contract for 2.5 years.
In the current season, Eipen scored 10 points in 14 games and takes the last place in the standings, so the club's management broke off relations with Jordi Condom, who worked in the club since 2012.
