Possible opponent of Ukraine in the League of Nations has got a new coach.

Head coach of the Austrian club Sturm Franco Foda appointed new head coach of the Austrian national team.

The 51-year-old German signed a contract, which will enter into force on January 1, 2018, but will begin his duties earlier.

He will lead the team already to a friendly match against the Uruguayan national team on November 14 in Vienna.

Contract specialist is calculated until December 31, 2019. In the event that the Austrians will enter the European Championship in 2020, the agreement will be automatically prolonged.

Note that the Austrian team will go to the division in the League of Nations and may become a rival of the Ukrainian national team in this tournament from UEFA.
