Nikolai Kostov became the new head coach of Kamensky Steel, the official website of the club.

At the same time the term of the agreement with the 54-year-old Bulgarian specialist is not specified.

In his coaching staff will include his compatriot Nedelcho Matushev (assistant head coach), and also worked with the team earlier - Kirill Nesterenko (coach) and Igor Bilan (goalkeeper's coach).

Kostov has already arrived at the location of the club, and to fulfill his functional duties, he and his coaching staff will start from October 2, 2017.

Recall that the post of the head coach of Steel became vacant after Yeghishe Melikyan resigned after the match of the 10th round of the ULP against Olympique (1: 1).

In Ukraine, Kostov is known for his work in Donetsk Metallurg (2008-2010), which he brought to the finals of the Ukrainian Cup, the Carpathians (2012-2013) and Tavria (2014). The last place of his work was the Bulgarian Botev, where Kostov worked from November 2015 to August 2016.
