Arsenal's head coach Arsene Wenger is skeptical about the methods of training specialists for matches.

Arsenal will play three games in a week - against West Brom, BATE and Brighton. Among the tools that will be used to train players, Wenger called cryotherapy - when players are amenable to extremely low temperatures. It supposedly speeds up recovery, reduces the risk of injury, energizes and even improves sleep. Wenger was only a little short of calling this method nonsense.

"Players will have warm-ups and what is used in such cases. Care physiotherapists, massage, cryotherapy - all those things, the effectiveness of which is not proven, "- quotes Wenger The Guardian.

"No one knows, because we have a lot of science. How to read scientific works, so something is recognized as effective, something - ineffective. But usually what is supposedly working is associated with those guys who say it works ".

"Is this all a smoke screen?". Since I work, science has advanced. Much. But as before, if you have muscle problems, it will take three weeks to heal them. As much as 30 years ago ".

"We must respect nature.

No one can do miracles - except that only inflate players from time to time. That is, a big game is approaching and players are coming out on it with pricks to not feel pain ".

However, despite the very busy schedule, Arsene Wenger assured that he will not sacrifice the least prestigious trophy - the Cup of the English League. This season, Arsenal for the first time in 20 years does not participate in the Champions League, which, according to the Frenchman, has become less interesting.
