Kiev Polytechnic University named after Sikorsky responded to the request of the program Football on the formation of the vice-president of FFU Vadim Kostyuchenko.
The university reported that in 1997 no one with the surname Kostyuchenko did not finish their university. The response scan was shown live on the program.
