Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte thanked striker Diego Costa, whom they agreed to sell to Atletico, for his contribution to the club's successes.

Chelsea agreed to release striker Diego Costa in Atletico Madrid, thus completing a long saga with the departure of the Spaniard.
