- Sergei Mikhailovich, behind the first stage of the championship. What impressions did he leave on his own and whether Niva's third place is natural?.

- We came to the Second League with the amateur championship. The level of teams and players here is more serious. For every match you need to carefully prepare, which we try to do. Many analyze our matches and matches of our opponents. And as for the occupied place, then, in my opinion, we jumped above the head, given that most of our players were amateurs. The exception may be unless Wons, Prishnivsky and Dori, who were in a professional team. The result really exceeded expectations. However, it will be very difficult for us to retain this position.

- Probably not difficult to determine the best and worst match of the first round. Victory over Agrobusiness and defeat in Korosten.

- Indeed it is so. A good match played against Agrobusiness, defeated the leader. Unsuccessful fight was with Polissya. Long journey to the match, after which it was not easy to enter the game. I can not get around the topic of refereeing. Frankly, we are not judged very well and sometimes we play at home, as on the road. But even in such matches we manage to gain points.

- Against whom of the opponents was the hardest to play?.

- At the start of the season we were hard pressed to a match with Prykarpattya, although they played against the Frankivs during the training camp and knew the style of this team. They play great dimensional guys with a lot of experience. There are a lot of struggles and therefore it was difficult to act against them.. But, I believe that it was these fights against the Prykarpattya that we taught and we quickly adapted to the Second League.

- Partially you remembered about the judges and yet. How to assess the level of refereeing in the Second League?.

- I will say this: the lower the level of competition, the more miracles you can create. I played football and I've come across this. I distinguish when they judge well, but when they sympathize with one side. We understand all this perfectly and that's why I sometimes behave emotionally on the bench. But in such cases it is not possible in another way.

- In the course of the first round, the team experienced a certain rotation. Several players left Niva. What was the reason for such decisions?.

- For example, Daniel Guralsky could not stand competition. Football players have such a plan we have, but we need even stronger. This applies to Nazar Ilchishin, but certain personal moments arose about him. Good guy and football player Svyatoslav Dzyadikevich. However, the same Golovachuk and Apanchuk are somewhat more mobile. We could not keep three players on the same plan. This decision was given very hard, but I accepted it and we said good-bye to them.

- Who can you name the leader of the current team?.

- Why is this now a very difficult issue, and not only in the Niva. It's hard for me to understand, but in many teams nobody wants to take leadership skills. Perhaps the current players are afraid of responsibility, or something else. For this role we invited Igor Vons. Although, I believe that now the leader is Konstantin Pikul, but because of injury and operation, he now can not be with the team. We miss him. In my opinion, he is able to maintain order on the field and beyond.

- How do you estimate Niva's chances for the first or second place?.

- There are always chances - even when they are not there (laughs). If objectively, while to go to the First League we have no one with whom and nothing. In addition, the gap from competitors is solid. On the quality of football players we are inferior not only to Agrobusiness and Prykarpattya, but to other clubs of our group. Therefore, I would speak with caution about raising in the classroom. We need to build a strong club, infrastructure, and then put high goals before the team, - concluded Zadorozhny.
