The head of the committee of national teams of Ukraine Miron Markevich answered the president of Dynamo Igor Surkis.

Recently, Igor Surkis expressed outrage that some players Dynamo was not allowed to fight against Iceland. In particular, Igor Mikhailovich assured that "if they are called for quantity, then next time we will react to this more harshly".

The press service of the FFU asked the head of the committee of national teams Miron Markevich to comment on these statements.

"It seems that Dynamo wants to deliver an ultimatum to all Ukrainian football. More recently, the club management required incomprehensible security guarantees for the match in Mariupol, where all other Premier League clubs play without problems. Now the Dynamo demands a guarantee that its players will definitely play at the heart of the national team. Such anywhere in the world is not heard. Perhaps, it is possible in North Korea or in some other totalitarian countries of the past. Igor Surkis wants to put himself and his players above all the others. So, to humiliate those who, on an equal basis with others, are summoned to the national team, receives an invitation to play for the national team of their homeland, "said Markevich.

Journalists asked Markevitch whether he admits that these Dynamo players could complain to Surkis for a long flight to Iceland or ask them not to let them go to the national team.

"On 100% Igor Surkis now substitutes players. I flew with them, I lived with the team. I understand how Andrey Shevchenko works and what a wonderful atmosphere he has in the team. President Dinamo said that let it be better Vladimir Shepelev and Viktor Tsygankov play for the youth? This is nonsense. The task of the youth team is to prepare players for the national.
