In late September, Arsene Wenger will lose one of his closest allies in the Arsenal after the negotiating director Dick Lowe decided to leave the club.

A spokesman for Arsenal confirmed that the director of the club for talks, Dick Lowe will leave his post at the end of the month, informs the Telegraph.

For the past eight years, Lowe has worked with Arsenal's manager Arsene Wenger and they have established close relationships.

It is reported that he decided to return to America for family reasons.

One of the main success of Lowe is the signing of Mesut Ozil from Real Madrid in the summer of 2013 for 42 million pounds. In his time he was also an Arsenal scout in South America and helped the club sign Gilberto Silva.

It is expected that after the departure of Lowe more responsibility in football operations will take on the executive director of the "Gunners" Ivan Gazidis.
