Midfielder Manchester United Andreas Pereira commented on the circumstances under which he signed a contract with Valencia.

In the summer off-season, the 21-year-old midfielder returned to Manchester United after a year in Granada, but on the last day of the transfer window went to rent in Valencia.

"I knew only that I could not join Valencia and stay in United," Pereira said in an interview with El Desmarque.
