Striker Manchester United Zlatan Ibrahimovic went to a significant reduction in financial requests for signing a new contract with the "red devils".

The Swedish striker moved to Manchester United from PSG in the summer of 2016, having spent in a T-shirt of the "red devils" a wonderful season.

Ibra managed to score 28 goals in 46 games, but unfortunately, in the April European League match against Anderlecht injured the cruciform ligament of the knee.

According to preliminary forecasts, the damage should have left Zlatan out of the game for 8 months, because in the summer, United decided not to extend cooperation with the Swede.

Nevertheless, Ibra did not give up and continued to work hard on himself, being able to accelerate the recovery from injury, which led to another contract with the attacker with the "red devils".

According to The Times, Zlatan's new agreement with Manchester United is much less profitable, because the scorer will earn 125 thousand pounds a week instead of 300 thousand, which Ibrahimovic received under the previous contract.

At the moment the Swede continues to recover from the injury and the exact date of his return to the field is still unknown.
