From the fourth basket the Shakhtar got a very difficult opponent - the champion of the Netherlands Feyenoord.

One of the most titled clubs of the Country of Tulips was born on July 19, 1908 under the name of Wilhelmina, having acquired its present name only four years later. Then the club finally decided on the colors: the main form is a red and white T-shirt and black panties and leggings.

The current home arena of Feyenoord was built in 1937 and now houses 51,177 spectators. Legendary De Cuyp, who during the match turns into a furiously bubbling cauldron, able to break the will to win almost any opponent.

If only the Champions League is accepted, Feyenoord never left the group except for the 1999/2000 season, when he overcame the first group round, having successfully disassembled the company of Rosenborg, Boavista and Borussia D, but stopped at the second, unable to cope with the Chelsea, Marseille and Lazio.

In the European Cups the current champion of the Netherlands met four times with the Ukrainian teams. In the first group tournament of the Champions League-2002/2003, the "red-white" lost to Dynamo (0: 0 and 0: 2). In the third qualifying round of the 2012/3/2012 Dynamo defeated Feyenoord 2: 1 and 1: 0. Then the future rival Shakhtar twice met with Zarei, and these meetings proved to be much more successful for Feyenoord. In the play-off round LEF-2014/2015, the Dutch only managed to wrest the victory just before the curtain of the second match, and with it a ticket to the group stage (1: 1 and 4: 3). Two years later, the same rivals met already in the group tournament LES-2016/2017, but the result of the confrontation was again in favor of Feyenoord (1: 0 and 1: 1).
