Italian midfielder Alberto Aquilani will continue his career with Las Palmas.

Las Palmas agreed the terms of the two-year contract with Italian midfielder Alberto Aquilani, reports Gianluca Di Marzio.

33-year-old Aquilani will move to the La Liga club as a free agent.

The second half of last season Aquilani spent for Sassuolo on loan from Pescara, where in 16 matches of Serie A he failed to score goals or assists.

For Aquilani, Las Palmas will become the third foreign club after Liverpool and Lisbon Sporting. At home, the midfielder defended the colors of Roma, Triestina, Juventus, Milan, Fiorentina, Pescara and Sassuolo.
