PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi does not worry about violating the rules of the financial fair play in connection with the acquisition of Neimar and advises the skeptics to "drink coffee".

Neimar completed his transition from Barcelona after PSG fully paid his clausula in the amount of 222 million euros. Given the player's salary and various bonuses, the total cost of the operation will be a staggering 500 million euros.

This amount caused public outcry and concern about whether PSG will comply with the rules of financial fair play.

"Perhaps today Neimar's transition is the most expensive transfer in history, but who knows what will happen in two or three years," said Al-Khelaifi.

"I do not think it cost too much, because I'm sure that we will earn more money than we spent. The brand of Neimar will now work with the Paris Saint-Germain brand. This is a wonderful transfer for all parties ".

"We have been doing things transparently since the very first day and will continue to do so until the very end. We do not have any problems with the financial fair play. We adhere to all the rules ".

"If you care about the financial fair play, then please go have a cup of coffee, but we are doing fine".
