Barcelona confirmed that Neimar intends to leave the club this summer.

In this case, the Catalan club insists that the Brazilian will be sold only for 222 million euros, which are prescribed in his contract as compensation.

This led to the assumption that it would be difficult for Parisians to acquire Neimar without violating the financial fair play.

"UEFA will carefully examine the details of this transfer at the proper time to ensure that the PSG meets the requirements of the FPP," says UEFA.

"The transfer of Neimar to PSG will have an impact on club finances for several years, but it is impossible to assess it in advance, in particular, because PSG can sell several players for a significant amount of".

"So we will carry out the final calculations and will see to it that all the rules are observed".

Previously, the president of La Liga, Javier Tebas, said that they will try to prevent the transfer of Neimar to PSG.
