Fernando Llorente will not play for Swansea in the first match of the new season against Southampton and will most likely miss the meeting with Manchester United.
The Spaniard broke his arm in June, falling from a bicycle on vacation.
"Fernando is recovering individually.
He has not yet joined the training with the team, "- said the manager Swansea Paul Clement.
"But if everything continues to go according to plan, then his return should take place in 10 days".
"I think that he will miss the first couple of matches, but his return should not be delayed. We will not hurry either, because we do not want that in the end he needs an operation ".
Last season, 32-year-old Llorente spent for Swansea 33 matches in the Premier League, which scored 15 goals and gave one assists.
