Argentinean specialist Jorge Oscar Raffo Hoffmeister (Jorge Raffo) became the new director of the Academy of Shakhtar, the official site of the club.

In this position, Raffo will replace Alexander Funderat.

The presentation of Raffo will be held on July 19.

Jorge played in the teams of Boca Juniors, Quilmes, Union de Santa Fe, Atletico Los Andes, Deportivo Italello (all - Argentina), Endracht Verwick (Belgium), Saint-Omer (France). After the end of his playing career, he coached the Argentine Almirante Browne and Atlanta.

From 2002 to 2008 - Director General of the Center for the Training of Football Players CEFAR (El Palomar, Buenos Aires). Since 2006, he headed the Academy of Barcelona in Argentina. From 2011 to 2017 - sports director of the Academy of Boca Juniors.
