Athletic soccer players shaved their heads in solidarity with the course of chemotherapy of the defender of the Basque Yerei Alvarez.

Players of Athletic from Bilbao decided to support morally their friend Yeray Alvarez, who is fighting the cancer, the whole team shaved.

At the defender of Athletic, cancer was diagnosed, and in December of last year, Hyera performed an operation that seemed to be successful.

Alvarez returned to the field in February and was even included in the Spanish "youth team" for Euro 2017 in Poland, but in June the doctors found that the disease began to progress again.
