- Considering the fact that not so long ago we just started our preparation for the championship, the players are now playing under serious strain. Naturally, the physical condition is not at the level that I would like to see them. But we have time, we will still work in this direction. And on the game I will say that I liked a lot. During this short preparation time, I in the training cycle paid special attention to the fact that you need to play in an organized way. And the fact that we trained, today I saw on the field in the control match. We played in an organized way. The only thing - did not end. Kolos created moments no more than ours. But he used them and achieved results. We still need to work hard to implement. But time is there.

In general, I do not see any big problems. There are only those that are solved in the training process.

- Is it possible to draw any conclusions about the competitiveness of your team at the moment on a test match? Will it be a hundred percent wrong or the result of a duel against the first-team team speaks volumes?.

- Do any conclusions about our competitiveness for this match is not worth it - everything will show only the championship. Moreover, I watch the control matches of other prime league clubs, and I saw how Kolos plays - the teams do not differ much. Kolos is a very good and organized team, against which it is really difficult to play. And personally for myself, I do not draw any conclusions on this match in terms of our level. I'm not disappointed, even though we lost, because I see that our team is moving in the right direction and is working well. And I know that every day our game will get better and better.

- A few days ago you said that Penkov, Mysik, Zaderak, Klimchuk, Kuzyk and Adamyuk were left from the first team of the last season's sample. Has something changed lately?.

- No. Everything is in place. Today Zaderak did not play - he has an injury, as well as Adamuk. The rest played, and their actions proved that they have a certain level. It can be seen that these are leaders, and with them it will be much easier for us in the championship.

- Does Alexei Dovgy stay in the club? He recently played for the youth squad.

- I know that he talked with the club's leaders. I do not know about the nuances of the conversation, but I know that Dovgov's decision is to continue his career elsewhere.

- Do I understand correctly that the club now does not have a clear division of players into the players of the first team and the youth team?.

- Yes. This issue will be finally resolved in the coming days. So far, all are trained in one large group.

- Your team was late on vacation. Is this a big problem in the light of the approaching start of the championship, or is it possible to fix everything easily by accelerating the preparation?.

- Physical readiness of players depends on the physiology of each player individually. Of course, the problems will be. And it can not be solved in two or three days. But I think so: other teams have problems, we have our own. They are different, but there are now all. We will start the championship, and it will not be easy with Steel - I think everything will turn this way.

- Is there any possibility now for the club and plans for you, like a coach, to invite newcomers of a more or less decent level to staff the composition properly? Or, if there are newcomers, are there only ones and young people?.

- Today and tomorrow everything will be decided in this matter. We will have a club meeting, after which we will receive a clear direction of our development. Questions of completing the composition will also be affected. After that we will move forward with a clear understanding of many processes inside the club.

- The youth team of Steel last season took ninth place with twelve in the U-21 championship. And now many players of that team will move to a qualitatively different level. Are these players ready for this turn in their careers?.

- We are working hard to ensure that players are ready to move to a new level. Both in the training process and psychologically, the players receive the necessary training and information. And the championship will show how ready they are. While I can not say. But I have the confidence that we will do better than not.

- Being a mentor of U-21, in particular last season, did you recommend any of your players to van der Meeru, Gallu or Kucuk from those young players who will soon make their debut in ULL?.

- Let's just say: I had my opinion on this, and I was ready to recommend players. But, for example, the same Kuchuk regularly attended the matches of our double. His coaching staff had a good knowledge of the double, had their views and, I think, did not need my recommendations.

- Which youth recommend to pay special attention to?.

- A large group of young players is moving to the level of the Premier League. And I would not like to single out someone, because I really want each player to play with confidence in himself and with the understanding that he deserves to play at this level.

- Are these guys able to surprise everyone, as was the case with the Dnieper last championship?.

- I can not use this word - surprise. But I just have the confidence that we will succeed. Let's see how ready our young guys will be for such a challenge. And in fact we will already make certain conclusions: we will change something, leave something.

- The team will hold home matches on the Meteor? This issue is resolved and nothing hinders?.

- Is it right to understand that the club's budget has been reduced significantly, but the obligations to the current players continue to be fulfilled? Or is there a serious debt at the moment?.

- Of course, there is confidence. If it was not - would refuse to work with the first team. I know what the Premier League is: I played in the higher league of Ukraine for more than one year, worked in the coaching staff of Dutch specialists, who headed the team in the Premier League. Therefore, I understand very clearly what responsibility I have. I will try to move forward and live up to expectations.
