Financial Inspectorate of French football allowed Amien to the new French Championship.
The official website of Amiens reports that the club's budget for the next season on the second attempt was approved by the DNCG financial inspection.
Previously, DNCG expressed concern and demanded financial guarantees from the newcomer to League 1, which the club's management was able to provide.
Note that last season in League 2, Amiens had one of the smallest budgets (8 million euros).
However, according to L'Equipe, the fate of Amiens in Ligue 1 is still in jeopardy, as the shareholder of the Picardians and concurrently sports director - John Williams - played the role of an agent for several players, which is prohibited by French football laws.
