The problem is that these players do not have passports of an EU citizen. In case of signing someone from this duet, Juventus will not be able to declare also Douglas Costa, who also does not have the "necessary" citizenship.

In the application of Italian football clubs there can only be two players without a passport of an EU citizen and one place is already occupied by the Argentine Rodrigo Bentancourt.
