Chelsea striker Diego Costa is close to returning to his former club.
The wayward Bombardier is determined to return to his homeland, despite the more than successful past season in the Aristocrats.
According to Sky Sports, Costa has already met with the leadership of Atletico, during which he told the club bosses that he wants to go to the camp at any cost to the camp of Matrasnikov.
The striker agrees to spend the first six months in a lease in another club because of the transfer ban imposed on Madrid, so as not to lose the game tone.
The only unresolved issue remains the amount of compensation for the transfer of the player. Chelsea require Atletico 55 million euros, while the mattresses are willing to pay only 30.
In the season that ended the Premier League, Costa scored 20 goals and 10 assists in 35 matches.
